Eye exams and minor procedures.
Your eyes do not always need surgery. We offer comprehensive eye exams and a range of in-office laser and minor procedures that protect your vision, ease discomfort, and treat common conditions, often in just a few minutes.
- Glaucoma lasers (LPI, SLT)
- YAG capsulotomy for cloudy vision after cataract surgery
- Eyelid and surface procedures
- Comprehensive eye exams with our optometrists
Quick laser treatments, in the office.
LPI (Laser Peripheral Iridotomy)
For narrow or closed-angle glaucoma. A laser makes a tiny opening in the outer iris to relieve or prevent a rise in eye pressure. It takes only minutes.
SLT (Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty)
Reduces eye pressure and can reduce or eliminate the need for glaucoma drops by improving the eye's natural fluid drainage. Comfortable, with zero recovery time.
YAG Laser Capsulotomy
About 50% of patients develop cloudy scar tissue behind the lens implant after cataract or RLE surgery. A YAG capsulotomy clears it in minutes to restore crisp vision.
Small procedures, real relief.
Eyelid Lesion Removal
Removes bothersome or suspicious bumps and growths on the eyelids. Usually requires no stitches.
Punctal Probing & Irrigation
For excessive tearing. A simple, comfortable flush opens partially blocked tear ducts and helps diagnose the cause.
Chalazion Excision
For a stye or chalazion that does not improve with warm compresses or medication, the blocked gland is drained to settle the swelling.
Pterygium Removal
Removes a pterygium, a growth of tissue on the surface of the eye, when it affects vision or comfort.
Our full-scope optometrists provide thorough eye exams and ongoing eye care, from routine checks to managing conditions over time.
A complete exam measures your vision, checks the health of your eyes, and catches issues early, whether you need a new prescription, have glaucoma or another eye condition, or just want to stay ahead of changes. If something does call for a procedure, your doctor walks you through the options and what to expect.
